"100 Day" Hassle Free Returns

We guarantee a 100 day ‘no hassles’ return and refund policy. We understand that buying personal protective equipment and safety clothing online is convenient however it doesn’t give you the chance to try things on first and sometimes items just don’t fit or suit you. You may return the items bought online within 100 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange if preferred (Note: the refund issued will be for the cost of the item only and NOT the delivery charges). 

All refunds will be issued when the goods have arrived back to the BIG Safety warehouse and inspected by a member of our team. Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase.

How do I return products to BIG Safety?

Contact BIG Safety customer service on 1300 73 22 74 or via email at sales @ bigsafety.com.au. You will be asked to nominate for a credit vs return vs exchange. The return postage is your responsibility. We obviously ask that the item has not been used, worn or washed, all labels are attached and that you take care to protect the item when returning it. If concerned, please return goods via registered mail to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit.

 What if a product is faulty?

We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occassion, this does occur please contact customer service on 1300 73 22 74 or e-mail at sales @ bigsafety.com.au to let us know and we will take care of the rest for you. 

Please note evidence of damage will be required ie. Photographs. Big Safety is responsible for shipping charges for rectification of faulty or damaged goods.

Return of Customised Products

Please note non stock ordered items, customised products (Hard Hat printing, screenprinting or embroidery) or Custom made products (Signs and Garments) are non returnable or refundable. For peace of mind on customised products a digital proof is required to be signed off before work proceeds.


Please note that NO returns will be accepted for any sale of Respiratory products (including disposable masks and filter cartridges), Disposable Overalls or Face/Eye protection purchased after 1 December 2019.
